新進人員 New Personnel |
1.指首次到中央研究院（以下簡稱本院）研究所（中心）（以下簡稱所（中心））一級、二級生物實驗室或列管生材庫從事生安工作之列管人員。
2.由所（中心）行政（文書）人員轉任為一級、二級生物實驗室或列管生材庫從事生安工作之列管人員。
1.Refers to personnel who are assigned for the first time to biosafety work in a Level 1 or 2 Biological Laboratories or Regulated Biological Material Banks of the Institutes and research centers (hereinafter referred to as the I&RC), Academia Sinica (hereinafter referred to as the AS).
2.Refers to personnel who are transferred from administrative (clerical) staff of an I&RC to biosafety work in a Level 1 or 2 Biological Laboratories or Regulated Biological Material Banks.

在職人員 On-Duty Personnel |
1.新進人員依本院規定，於當年期限內完成新進人員生安課程時數後，隔年1月1日起之列管人員。
2.當年於本院研究所（中心）一級、二級生物實驗室或列管生材庫工作之離職（結束實習）人員，於隔年又復職（繼續實習）從事生安工作之列管人員。
1.New personnel, in accordance with the regulations of the AS, become designated personnel after completing the required biosafety training hours within the specified timeframe in the year of their entry, effective January 1st of the following year.
2.Personnel who worked in a Level 1 or 2 Biological Laboratories or Biological Material Banks of the I&RC during the year and subsequently left (ended internship), and are re-employed (continue internship) to perform biosafety work, become designated personnel in the following year.

This includes biological laboratory and biological material bank supervisors, managers, research staff, technical personnel, and specimen collection personnel. |

保存、使用、處分、輸出入、採集感染性生物材料之1級、2級生物實驗室及列管生物材料庫之新進工作人員，包括負責人、管理人、研究人員、技術人員、採集人員。 New personnel working in Level 1 and Level 2 Biological Laboratories and Regulated Biological Material Banks who are responsible for the storage, use, disposal, import/export, and collection of infectious biological materials. This includes Biological Laboratories and Regulated Biological Material Banks supervisors, managers, research staff, technical personnel, and specimen collection personnel. |

清潔、運送感染性生物材料之1級、2級生物實驗室及列管生物材料庫之新進後勤人員，包括清潔人員及運送人員。 New support personnel responsible for cleaning and transporting infectious biological materials in Level 1 and Level 2 Biological Laboratories and Regulated Biological Material Banks, including custodial staff and transport personnel. |
